Caremate Chiang Mai Foundation works to promote understanding and knowledge about HIV and STD prevention in the community, providing care and assistance to key populations (KP), including men who have sex with men, transgender women, and sex workers, in accessing HIV, syphilis prevention and treatment services, HIV and STD testing and counseling, and promoting behavioral change to have safer sex, using the Reach-Bring-Test-Test-Prevention-Treatment-Track-Track (RRTTPR) process.

Blood tests are voluntary and confidential consultations are provided at every stage. Supportive care, social services, and antiretroviral therapy are also provided.
