Le laboratoire BIO OPTIMA – Paris Sébastopol : The BIO OPTIMA laboratory was born in 2011 from the desire of two biologists, Pierre Benassaya and Stéphane Allouche, to materialize a long-standing partnership, based on local biology at the service of the patient.
Subsequently, other structures joined us and the BIO OPTIMA group has continued to develop by equipping itself with the most efficient analysis tools. It is present today through its 6 sites in Paris and the Paris region.

– BIOCHEMISTRY
The results of biochemistry analyzes participate in the diagnosis and monitoring of numerous pathologies (diabetes, renal failure, etc.).
The PLC connected to the SIL allows the determination of more than 30 analytes in the blood and urine.

– HEMATOLOGY
The Blood Formula Count makes it possible to quantitatively and qualitatively assess essential parameters, such as red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets. These parameters can be disturbed in many pathological situations (infections, deficiencies, hemorrhages, blood diseases …).

– HEMOSTASIS
Hemostasis tests allow exploration of coagulation function. They are particularly relevant when looking for deficiency, suspicion of thrombosis or monitoring anticoagulant treatment,

– IMMUNOLOGY
Immunology analyzes include the assay of hormones, markers, vitamins as well as the performance of infectious serologies. These assays participate in the diagnosis and monitoring of many pathologies (thyroid diseases, IVF, vitamin deficiencies, cancer monitoring, diagnosis of viral, bacterial or parasitic infections)

– Immuno-Hematology
The erythrocyte immunohematology analyzes performed are mainly blood grouping (ABO-RH1 grouping and RH-KEL1 phenotyping) and the search for anti-erythrocyte antibodies (RAI).
Blood typing is performed in a proven or potential pre-transfusion context, or in a prenuptial, pre or perinatal context. A valid blood grouping requires two determinations carried out on two samples.
RAI is performed in all patients likely to be transfused in the short term, in repeat transfused patients and as part of post-transfusion follow-up. It is also performed in a pre- or perinatal context, and in a graft or transplant context.

– MICROBIOLOGY
Bacteriology activities are carried out on our technical platform in Paris Saint Martin. Identifying germs and performing antibiograms allow the diagnosis and monitoring of the most common infectious pathologies.

Le laboratoire BIO OPTIMA – Paris Sébastopol : Le laboratoire BIO OPTIMA est né en 2011 de la volonté de deux biologistes, Pierre Benassaya et Stéphane Allouche, de concrétiser un partenariat ancien, reposant sur une biologie de proximité au service du patient.
Par la suite, d’autres structures nous ont rejoints et le groupe BIO OPTIMA n’a cessé de se développer en se dotant des outils d’analyses les plus performants. Il est présent aujourd’hui à travers ses 6 sites sur Paris et la région parisienne.

– BIOCHIMIE
Les résultats des analyses de Biochimie participent au diagnostic et au suivi de nombreuses pathologies (diabète, insuffisance rénale…).
L’ automates connecté au SIL permet le dosage de plus de 30 analytes dans le sang et les urines.

– HEMATOLOGIE
La Numération Formule sanguine permet d’apprécier de façon quantitative et qualitative des paramètres essentiels, tels que les globules rouges, les globules blancs, l’hémoglobine et les plaquettes. Ces paramètres peuvent être perturbés dans de nombreuse situations pathologiques (infections, carences, hémorragies, maladies sanguines…).

– HÉMOSTASE
Les analyses d’hémostase permettent d’explorer la fonction de coagulation. Ils sont particulièrement pertinents lors de la recherche de déficit, de suspicion de thrombose ou du suivi de traitement anticoagulant,

– IMMUNOLOGIE
Les analyses d’immunologie comprennent le dosage des hormones, des marqueurs, des vitamines ainsi que la réalisation des sérologies infectieuses. Ces dosages participent au diagnostic et au suivi de nombreuses pathologies (maladies thyroïdiennes, FIV, carences vitaminiques, suivi de cancers, diagnostic d’infections virales, bactériennes ou parasitaires)

– Immuno-Hématologie
Les analyses d’immuno-hématologie érythrocytaire réalisées sont essentiellement le groupage sanguin (groupage ABO-RH1 et phénotypage RH-KEL1) et la recherche d’anticorps anti-érythrocytaires (RAI).
Le groupage sanguin est réalisé dans un contexte pré-transfusionnel avéré ou potentiel, ou dans un contexte prénuptial, pré ou périnatal. Un groupage sanguin valide nécessite deux déterminations réalisées sur deux prélèvements.
La RAI est réalisée chez tous patients susceptibles à court terme d’être transfusé, chez le transfusé itératif et dans le cadre du suivi post-transfusionnel. Elle est également réalisée dans un contexte pré- ou périnatal, et dans un contexte de greffe ou transplantation.

– MICROBIOLOGIE
Les activités de bactériologie sont réalisées sur notre plateau technique de Paris Saint Martin. L’identification des germes et la réalisation d’antibiogrammes permettent le diagnostic et le suivi des pathologies infectieuses les plus courantes.
