Action for REACH OUT (Rights of Entertainers in Asia to Combat Human Oppression and Unjust Treatment) was officially established in 1993. It is the first sex workers’support group in Hong Kong, a non-governmental and a charitable organisation. AFRO endeavours to offer adequate services and support to women working in the sex industry in Hong Kong, including those who are from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Thailand, and the Philippines etc. AFRO is a member of the Hong Kong Women’s Coalition on Equal Opportunities and the Hong Kong Coalition of AIDS Service Organizations.
Sexual Health and Pap Smear Test
Sexual health and women’s health check-ups and consultation provided by medical doctors or nurses, including inspections for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and Pap Smear test etc. (free or low-cost) are open to all women (regardless of nationality and status of residence) involved in the sex industry in Hong Kong.
青鳥於1993正式註冊成立，是香港首個為性工作者提供支援之慈善團體，致力為在香港從事性服務業的婦女提供適切服務及支援，對象包括來自香港、中國大陸、泰國、菲律賓及其他地區之女性。 我們是平等機會婦女聯席及香港愛滋病服務機構聯盟之成員團體之一。
性健康及子宮頸柏氏抹片檢查
「青鳥診所」由註冊西醫或護士於本中心診療室內為在港從事性工作的女性提供性健康及婦女健康檢查及諮詢，包括愛滋病病毒、梅毒、淋病、衣原體、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎和子宮頸細胞檢查等。
凡在港從事性工作之女性（不論國籍或是否香港身份證持有人），無需提供真實姓名及任何身份證明文件，皆可免費或以優惠價格於青鳥使用上述服務。（須先致電青鳥熱線 2770 1002預約，所有資料絕對保密。）
