ASL Roma 4 : LOCAL HEALTH CENTER ROME 4 : The Asl Roma 4 company covers an area of approximately 1,317 km2 and includes 28 municipalities.
The resident population is equal to 323,595 inhabitants with an average density of about 246 inhabitants per km2.
The territory of the ASL develops within an arc of over 160 km, starting from the North-East, on the borders of Rome, up to the West, on the coastal margins of the province of Viterbo.
HIV CENTER
HIV infection is responsible for the Immunodeficiency Syndrome and can be transmitted in various ways (sexual, parenteral or vertical during pregnancy). In most cases the disease is silent and the diagnosis comes late. What makes the difference is prevention and a simple venous test is enough to find out if you have been exposed to the virus.
The HIV Center is active at the ASL Roma 4 where it is possible to carry out the test and receive information and advice.
Access to the service is free and no reservation is required.
The center is open to the public to take the test and receive information from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.

La popolazione residente è pari a 323.595 abitanti con una densità media di circa 246 abitanti per km2.
Il territorio della Asl si sviluppa entro un arco di oltre 160 Km, partendo da Nord- Est, ai confini di Roma, fino ad Ovest, ai margini costieri della provincia di Viterbo.
CENTRO HIV
L’infezione da HIV è il responsabile della Sindrome da Immunodeficenza e può essere trasmessa in diversi modi ( sessuale, parenterale o verticale nel corso della gravidanza).Nel più dei casi la malattia è silente e la diagnosi arriva tardi. A fare la differenza è la prevenzione e basta un semplice test venoso per scoprire se si è stati esposti al virus.
Presso la Asl Roma 4 è attivo il Centro HIV dove è possibile effettuare il test e ricevere informazioni e consulenze.
L’accesso al servizio è libero e gratuito e non serve prenotazione.
Il centro è aperto al pubblico per effettuare il test e ricevere informazioni dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.
