We are Black Creek Community Health Centre
We are a non-profit community-based organization that provides health care services and programs geared to vulnerable populations living in Toronto’s North West communities.

We run a sexual health clinic to help you with birth control counselling,
access to low cost or free birth control; IUD insertion (check with clinic); free condoms, emergency contraceptive pills; STI testing & free treatment; HIV testing; pregnancy testing; counselling and referral; publicly funded vaccination for Hep A & B and HPV (check with the clinic as to who qualifies); sexuality & relationship counselling.
