ECHO (Enfield Clinics Health Organisation) : Our clinics. The redesigned Enfield Clinics form a new service provided by North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and Enfield Council. Together, we call them ECHO – the Enfield Clinics Health Organisation.
Our team provides a confidential, non-judgemental, friendly service. We offer free HIV and STI testing and treatment, along with emergency contraception and a variety of other contraceptive methods.

There are a number of sexually transmitted infections and diseases that can be caught from unprotected sexual intercourse and oral sex.

Pre exposure prophylaxis (Prep) for HIV is also provided.
Pre exposure prophylaxis (Prep) for HIV is the use of medications, either daily, or as and when needed, to prevent HIV. To discuss this with a nurse or a doctor, please contact the clinic.
