Fixpunkt e.V. is a carrier of projects of health promotion and addiction care with the focus on infection prophylaxis.
Areas of work include the operation of prevention (syringe) machines, low-threshold mobile social work and medical support for harm reduction and infection prevention in the context of drug use, medically supervised drug use, dental prophylaxis and the promotion of self-organisation among drug users.

Fixpunkt gGmbH Ska steht für Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Ideen in der Gesundheitsförderung und Kriminalitätsprävention und Tagesstruktur, Beschäftigung und Qualifizierung für illegal Drogengebrauchende in Berlin. Fixpunkt bietet akzeptierende und vorurteilsfreie Drogenhilfe und Gesundheitsförderung an.
Fixpunkt e.V. ist Träger von Projekten der Gesundheitsförderung und Suchthilfe mit dem Schwerpunkt „Infektionsprophylaxe“.
Arbeitsbereiche sind der Betrieb von Präventionsautomaten (Spritzenautomaten), niedrigschwellige mobile sozialarbeiterische und medizinische Unterstützung zur Schadensverminderung und Infektionsprophylaxe im Kontext von Drogenkonsum, medizinisch betreuter Drogenkonsum, Zahnprophylaxe und die Förderung der Selbstorganisation von Drogengebraucher/innen.
