Fundación México Vivo : We are a civil association, founded in 2003 at the UN headquarters in Mexico, which was initially aimed at supporting the fight against AIDS. In 2014 we expanded our mission to work and join forces so that the population lives their sexuality with health and decision-making power.
To this end, we provide educational tools and services that allow timely choices, prevention, detection and care so that more people have an individual, family and social life with inclusion, equity, respect, health, love and art.
We serve adolescents in secondary schools, young people in high school and university level, teachers, mothers and fathers, health service personnel, the LGBT+ population, sex workers, indigenous communities and in rural areas, migrants and people with an active sexual life. .
This first-line foundation is an implementer of other HIV prevention protocols in CMX, such as PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis). They have a detection center for 4th generation HIV and other STIs.
Fundación México Vivo : Somos una asociación civil, fundada en 2003 en la sede de la ONU en México, que inicialmente estábamos orientados a apoyar la lucha contra el sida. En 2014 ampliamos nuestra misión para trabajar y unir esfuerzos para que la población viva su sexualidad con salud y poder de decisión.
Para ello proveemos herramientas educativas y servicios que permiten elegir, prevenir, detectar y atenderse oportunamente para que más personas tengan una vida individual, familiar y social con inclusión, equidad, respeto, salud, amor y arte.
Atendemos a adolescentes en escuelas secundarias, jóvenes en bachillerato y nivel universitario, personal docente, madres y padres de familia, personal de los servicios de salud, población LGBT+, trabajadorxs sexuales, comunidades indígenas y en zonas rurales, migrantes y personas con vida sexual activa.
Esta fundación de primera línea es parte implementadora de otros protocolos de prevención de VIH en la CMX, tales como de PrEP (Profilaxis Pre Exposición). Tienen un centro de detección de VIH de 4ª generación y de otras ITS.
