Today, Kheir is a broad-based agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive services for underserved populations in four interrelated areas: Health Care, Human Services, Adult Day Health Care, and Affordable Housing. Kheir is currently the only FQHC in the nation that offers a full suite of services in English, Korean, Spanish and Bengali.
Kheir’s 6th Street and Wilshire Clinics receive Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition, a designation awarded to medical practices that have demonstrated a commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care.
Primary Care
Kheir Clinic provides primary care medical services through multiple clinic locations. Our programs include Primary Care, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Prenatal Care, Pediatrics, Family Planning, Dental, Optometry, and Behavioral Health. For those who qualify, we offer free or low-cost medical care under various County and State programs.
