FREE HIV tests are conducted onsite. There are other tests done in the same site like Syphilis (SY) and Gonorrhea tests. Tita Tess can also assist clients for SY treatment. For Gonorrhea treatment, it’s free for the “Yellow card” holders. This card is available for Makati residents only.
Turbeculosis (TB) is referred to the TB-DOTS clinic for testing and treatment.
HIV TREATMENT
Tita Tess normally refers clients for treatment to clinics depending on where the client prefers, choices are laid out for the client to select from, according to his/her preference.
BEFORE a client is referred for treatment, the Makati social hygiene would have conducted some of the baseline tests already like Complete Blood Count (CBC), X-ray, Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR). Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) is sometimes conducted (reagent stocks dependent).
