TL Family Nurse Practice : We are two family nurse practitioners that lead our private primary care/family practice clinic. We provide chronic care services, PreP, PeP, HIV treatment, MAT services, anxiety/depression treatment, and simple procedures. We are open weekdays and some Saturdays.

• Chronic Care (Such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Chronic Heart Failure & Kidney dysfunction)
• PreP & PeP Management, Rapid HIV medications, HIV management
• Gender Affirming Care
• Toenail removal, Suture/Staple removal
• Obesity Management
• Anxiety and Depression (tele-health and in office)
• Compadres (Telehealth mental health visits with spanish speaking provider)
• Treatment Resistant Depression (Spravato)
• Referrals to Specialists
• Medication Assisted Therapy
• Hepatitis C Treatment
